Welcome to Sall-Mar Resort and Bay de Noc Charters
The Captain
Hi folks, I'm USCG licensed Captain Ken Lee of Bay de Noc Charters. We fish both Big and Little Bay de Noc in the heart of Michigan's Upper Peninsula May through September. You will find us chasing walleye most of the time, but we also love to cast spinner baits for northern pike and tube jigs for smallmouth bass. You want to fish perch, we can do that too! I take my fishing very serious and promise to do my best to make your fishing trip a complete success filled with many great memories, and some mighty fine eatin' too...

The Boat
I'm proud to run Warrior Boats V2121 with 300 horses of the best in Suzuki Fourstroke technology on the stern. It's equipped with the latest in marine electronics from Lowrance and is inspected and certified by the state of Michigan.

Need some help deciding when to schedule your fishing trip with Bay de Noc Charters? If so, just click on the fish below and you will find some info about the 4 main species we target here on Little Bay de Noc and Big Bay de Noc. We hope this helps and look forward to you joining us on board the "Nancy Jane" for a great day on the water...
